Terms and Conditions of usage of Smart Paisa:
The terms and conditions subject to which the Smart Paisa Services are provided are mentioned herein and the use of Smart Paisa Services by you is subject to your acceptance of the same. You are therefore requested to read and understand the same prior to enrolling for the Smart Paisa Service.

Terms & Conditions

The Smart Paisa Card can only be obtained by individuals above 18 years of age.
These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between you and Smart Paisa Card and govern the use of Smart Paisa Card.
A Smart Paisa Card once submitted for purchase will not be cancelled.
You agree to pay the full amount of the value of this Smart Paisa Card.
Smart Payment shall not be responsible for any misuse of the Smart Paisa Card.
Smart Paisa card reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Smart Paisa Card without any prior notice.
All transactions through Smart Paisa are subject to applicable Indian laws.
All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of Smart Paisa Card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
Transaction charges may be applicable as per the current policy of the company.
The Smart Paisa Card is not subject to renewal.

Billing and Payment

You shall pay the Service Charges prescribed by Smart Paisa in the form and manner prescribed for such payment. Smart Payment may at its discretion, change, amend, increase, or reduce the Service Charges without prior intimation to the Customer.
Any value in Your Smart Paisa card that is utilized towards making payments for any Transaction shall be automatically debited from your Smart Paisa Wallet. Smart Paisa responsibility is limited to the debiting of your Smart Paisa Wallet and the subsequent payment to any Merchant Establishment that you might transact with.
Smart Paisa reserves the right to levy charges/ charge commission upon any amounts loaded upon your Smart Paisa Wallet or any amounts spent/utilized by you using Smart Paisa Services. For schedule of charge(s) please refer company website (www.mypaycash.in) or mail on support@mypaycash.com.
Smart Paisa reserves the right to set off any balance in your Wallet in order to recover funds for transactions processed as per your request.

Expiry Policy

Smart Paisa Card Validity is of Two (2) Years from the date of its activation.
Card holder shall not be allowed to receive cash of the Expired card.
In case the Card Holder wants to further use Smart Paisa card, he may raise request, before expiry of the card, to issue a new card, in place of expired card. In that case, the balance in the expired shall be transferred to New Card, Subject to transfer charges, which may change from time to time.
After card expiry, amount outstanding in card shall be depleted @10% of outstanding balance or Rs.5, whichever is higher, every month.

Change of Terms

SPSPL has the sole discretion to change, add / or delete these terms and conditions.
SPSPL may modify, terminate and/or suspend Smart Paisa Services to the Customer anytime with or without prior notice, due to any changes in internal policies, rules, regulations and laws set by relevant authorities/regulators.
Any amendment of these Terms & Conditions proposed by the Yous hall not be effective unless it shall be reduced to writing through aamendment form and accepted by SPSPL. Amendments made under this clause shall be deemed to be a part of these Terms & Conditions and in case of any contradiction the amendment form shall prevail.
Changed terms and conditions will be displayed on the Smart Paisa website. By using the Service, You will be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

Declaration:
I hereby declare that the particulars given herein are true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I hereby undertake to promptly inform Smart Payment Solution Private limited, 6/35, W.E.A, Karol Bagh, New Delhi- 110005, of any changes in the information provided herein above and agree and accept that Smart Payment Solution Private limited is not liable or responsible for any losses, costs, damages arising out of any actions undertaken or activities performed by them on the basis of information provided by me due to my not intimating / delay in intimating such changes. I hereby agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose/ activities. I will neither abet nor by a party to any illegal/criminal/money laundering activities undertaken by using this Prepaid Card.

I further undertake that
1. My login credentials such as Login ID, PIN/Password would be maintained highly confidential.
2. I undertake to change the password at periodical intervals.

In case it its proved at a later date that I shared the password with any other person, I would be totally liable for any loss or damage caused to the company/card issuer.

I hereby affirm that the information furnished above is true to the best of my knowledge and I hold a single cash card issued by Smart Payment Solution Private limited.
