What is MySmartPaisa card ?
MySmartPaisa Card is a semi-closed prepaid payment card, with the help of which you can make payments for all your bills like electricity, telephone, mobile, pay DTH subscriptions, book tickets, do online shopping and much more.

What is the cost of MySmartPaisa card &  charges for Cash-in ?
MySmartPaisa card is free of cost & do not charge anything for Cash-in.

What are the benefits I can get with MySmartPaisa Card ?
Full value of your Money - The card comes with complete value of what your money, which empowers you to make payments for various online services with convenience and ease.
Payment without queues - The card helps you to pay your essential bills, anytime, anywhere without standing in any queue.
Safe and convenient - It is completely safe and convenient, and you can make online payments using simple process.
Denominations Available – MySmartPaisa card is available in various denominations starting from rs.1000 to Rs.10000. It is easy to reload, and helps you to control and monitor your expenses.

What are the various denominations of the MySmartPaisa card that I can purchase ?
MySmartPaisa Cards are available in Rs. 1000, Rs. 2000, Rs.3000, Rs. 5000 and Rs. 10000 denominations.

How to activate MySmartPaisa Card ?
Scratch the masked are on the reverse of the card to Reveal Password. Simple enter your 16 digit card number and password, along with the mandatory details as required to activate your MySmartPaisa card.

How do I use the MySmartPaisa card ?
Log on to the website from available list of merchants, on which MySmartPaisa card is active. Simply select MySmartPaisa as payment option, and fill in your 16 digit card number and your password to complete the transaction.

What is Account number ?
Account number is a 16 digit number which is mentioned on the face of the MySmartPaisa card. It is used for a payment’s authentication. Do not disclose your account number to anyone, keep it safe and secured.

What is the Password ?
Just scratch the masked area at the Back side of the card to reveal password. Do not disclose your password to anyone. For personalized password, just log in with your card Account number and password, wherein you can change your password anytime, as per your convenience.

What is card Serial Number ?
Serial number is a “Numeric code”, written at the back of MySmartPaisa card. This number can be used for all communication with Smart Payment Solutions Pvt Ltd. When you communicate with our customer care executive, or through mails, you can check payment details, etc with this number.

How can I purchase the card ?
Cards can be purchased from any 40,000 authorized Payworld retail touch point present pan India. Kindly call our customer care number 011-33158811 to know your nearest outlet.

What is the validity of the MySmartPaisa Card ?
Your MySmartPaisa Card is valid for 24 months from the time of its activation.
When you logon to www.mypaycash.com, you can check your card validity by looging in with your card details.

What is the maximum value that I can reload to the card ?
You can reload to the maximum value of the denomination of the card.

How can I check the balance/usage/validity of my card ?
You can log on to www.mypaycash.com, click on login, put your account no. and password. After logging in, you can check anytime your card usage on various services, along with balance available in the card and its validity.

How can I upgrade the denomination of the card ?
Upgrading the denomination of the MySmartPaisa card means the increasing the maximum value that can be reloaded on the card. Just mail to us at support@mypaycash.com with your personal details and KYC documents(to confirm the authenticity or request), along with the request of upgrading the card denomination.

What is KYC ?
KYC is Know your customer (KYC) is the due diligence that Smart Payment must perform to identify their clients and ascertain relevant information pertinent to doing financial business with them.

What all documents are required for completing KYC of the card?
The documentation required are:
Identity proof
Residential address
Passport size photograph
Valid Phone number to map the issued card with same number.

What are the benefits of completing KYC of my MySmartPaisa card?
After completing the KYC requirements, card can be use for all the services apart from utility services such as: recharge, insurance premium, reservation, movie ticketing , online shopping etc.

This prepaid payment instrument (Prepaid Card) is governed by the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 & Regulations made thereunder, Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2009 (“RBI Guidelines”) and is also subject to directions / instructions issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from time to time in respect of redemption, repayment, usage etc. and Smart Payment Solutions Private Limited (MySmartPaisa) does not hold any responsibility to the cardholder in such circumstances.

This Prepaid Card may be used for making payment of utility bills & essential services. In case of non-utility bills or non-essential services, the card may be used subject to compliance of KYC requirements as prescribed by RBI from time to time. The maximum value of a Prepaid Card is Rs. 10,000 for payment towards utility bills & essential services.

MySmartPaisa may use the KYC submitted by you for business purposes. You hereby consent to (i) receiving e-newsletters as well as other communications containing offers etc. and (ii) MySmartPaisa providing your information to sponsor/s and/or companies associated with it for the purpose of providing you with offers and/or information.

You hereby agree to use this Prepaid Card for all transactions with prescribed merchants for the products/services as mentioned by the merchant on its website and further agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose/activities. You will neither abate nor be a party to any illegal/criminal/money laundering/terrorist activities undertaken by using this Prepaid Card.

MySmartPaisa shall not be responsible for any fraud or misuse of this Prepaid Card and you agree to be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of any nature, arising due to any such fraud or misuse of the Prepaid Card.

You hereby declare that your name does not at anytime appear in the consolidated list of Terrorist Individuals / Organisations as circulated by RBI from time to time.

MySmartPaisa shall not be liable / responsible for any defect in the product / merchandise / goods or services purchased / availed using this Prepaid Card. Any dispute or claim regarding the product / merchandise / goods or services purchased / availed on the website of the merchant using this Prepaid Card must be resolved with the designated merchants. MySmartPaisa does not own any responsibility to the cardholder in such circumstances.

MySmartPaisa may charge payment gateway service fees to you for use of this Prepaid Card on the designated merchants. The said fees will be displayed on payment gateway page at the time of transaction as applicable from time to time.

No redemption, transfer of funds or cash withdrawal is permitted on this Prepaid Card, except as per directions of the RBI, if any.

This Prepaid Card is valid for 24 months from the date of its activation. Any unutilized balance remaining in this Prepaid Card after the date of expiry will stand forfeited as per the RBI Guidelines.

The property in this Prepaid Card belongs to MySmartPaisa. If found, please return it to: Smart Payment Solutions Private Limited, 6/35, WEA, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005.

In case the Prepaid Card is lost or misplaced, you shall promptly inform MySmartPaisa in writing (letter/e-mail). The Prepaid Card shall then be blocked and MySmartPaisa may issue new card as per prescribed procedure in this regard with the balance amount for a nomina l charge as may be prescribed by MySmartPaisa from time to time.

Any duplication of this Prepaid Card will be subject to cancellation.

The Card Serial Number appearing on the Prepaid Card and intellectual property rights contained therein are the exclusive property of MySmartPaisa.

This Prepaid Card cannot be used for transactions in foreign currency. This Prepaid Card can be used only for online with the merchants governed by Indian laws.

This Prepaid Card once utilised for any transaction cannot be reverted back.

This Prepaid Card is not transferable.

MySmartPaisa reserves the right at anytime to refuse for any reason whatsoever, the use of the Prepaid Card on the website of designated merchants.

You shall promptly inform MySmartPaisa of any change of your name, mailing address, e-mail address or any other required data provided for the issuance of this Prepaid Card and submit the fresh KYC documents in respect of such change, as may be demanded by MySmartPaisa.

All disputes arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of this Prepaid Card shall and any further litigation shall be governed by exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

All transactions done by using this Prepaid Card are subject to applicable Indian laws.

MySmartPaisa reserves the right to amend, alter, delete, insert and revise these terms and conditions without any prior notice/intimation to customer.

CARD EXPIRY POLICY

Card will be expired from 2 years of its activation.

Card holders are advised to use their balance before expiry, as remaining balance cannot be used after card is expired.
